Posting of 2017 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Mpac Group plc, the global packaging solutions group, announces that the Company's 2017 Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017, the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and proxy form have been posted to all shareholders.

Copies are also available to view on the Company's website at www.mpac-group.com

The Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at its offices at 13 Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8HS at 12 noon on Thursday 19 April 2018.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
