lastminute.com NV approves new CEO Alessandro Petazzi at EGM 2024

Amsterdam / Chiasso, 18 December 2024 – lastminute.com N.V. (“lastminute.com”), the European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages, today held its Extraordinary General Meeting (“ EGM ”) of shareholders in Amsterdam.

The shareholders approved all items on the agenda, including the appointment of Alessandro Petazzi as Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO Luca Concone was appointed as Non-Executive Director. Both appointments will take effect on 1 January 2025.
