Investis hat heute eine festverzinsliche Obligationenanleihe erfolgreich im Markt platziert. Die Anleihe hat ein Volumen von CHF 100 Millionen bei einem Coupon von 1.10% und einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren bis zum 14. Februar 2028. Die Emission dient der Refinanzierung der am 14. Februar 2025 fälligen Anleihe. 

Die ZKB und UBS agierten als Joint Lead Managers der Transaktion. Die Zulassung zum Handel an der SIX Swiss Exchange wird beantragt und die Liberierung der Obligationenanleihe ist für den 14. Februar 2025 vorgesehen.
