Dividend declaration

The Directors of Ebiquity are pleased to announce that subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the AGM on 9 May 2018 the Company will pay a final dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date*	12 April 2018
Record Date**	13 April 2018
Payment Date	15 May 2018
Dividend per share	0.71 pence

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend

** Shareholders must be on the Company's share register on this date to receive the dividend
