Annual Report and Financial Statements 2017 / notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2017, its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018 and associated Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Thursday, 22 March 2018 the following documents will be available on the Company's website (http://www.ipfin.co.uk/en/investors/shareholder-centre/annual-general-meeting.html):  

·	International Personal Finance plc Annual Report and Financial Statements 2017;
·	International Personal Finance plc Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018; and
·	International Personal Finance plc Form of Proxy (for information).
