Annual Report and AGM Documents

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017, together with the 2018 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and Form of Proxy for the 2018 AGM.

The Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017 and the 2018 Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website: www.alfasystems.com.

In accordance with LR9.6.1, copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM.

The 2018 AGM will be held at 10.00am (GMT) on Tuesday 24 April 2018 at the offices of Numis Securities Limited, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT.
