The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30a.m. on Thursday 24 May at the offices of DLA Piper London, 3 Noble Street, London, EC2V 7EE.
