NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 March 2018 it granted an award under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan") to Rachel Osborne, its CFO and a director of the Company.  

The award granted under the Plan represents 1/3 of the gross bonus due to Rachel Osborne for the financial year ended 31 December 2017. Receipt of the award is deferred for two years in accordance with the rules of the Plan.   The award is structured as a nil cost option over 17,253 of the Company's ordinary shares of 25/48p and the number of shares was calculated using a strike price of 324.4 pence, being the closing mid-market quotation for the Company's shares on 15 March 2018.  

As the Plan is a deferral of annual bonus, the vesting of the award and release of shares is not subject to any further post-grant performance condition other than continued service.   A full explanation of the Plan's operation is contained in the directors' remuneration report, within the 2017 Annual Report.  

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award and no consideration is due on the maturity of the awards.
