Exercise of Options

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that Garry Pickering, Chief Operating Officer, has today exercised 500,000 share options, under the Yü Group PLC Employee Share Option Plan, at an exercise price of £0.09 ("Option Shares"). Following the exercise, Garry Pickering is interested in 500,000 Ordinary Shares and holds options over 105,480 Ordinary Shares.

Application for admission

The Group has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 500,000 new Ordinary Shares, ("New Shares").  Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 22 March 2018. The New Shares will, on admission, rank pari passu with the Group's existing Ordinary Shares. Following the issue and Admission of the New Shares, the Group's share capital will comprise 16,254,055 Ordinary Shares ("Enlarged Share Capital").
