Further to the announcement on 29 November 2017, Richard Amos joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer of Wilmington on 1 March 2018. An orderly handover with Tony Foye has taken place and Tony Foye will formally step down from the Board and as a plc director on 31 March 2018.
