Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to Admission of the Placing Shares today, the Company makes the following disclosures in respect of the acquisition of Placing Shares by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) in the Company, in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

*Ian Robinson's Placing Shares were acquired by his wife Patricia Robinson, a person closely associated with him. Following this subscription, Ian Robinson and persons closely associated with him are interested in 470,267 Shares, which represents 0.5 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
