The Company has been notified that Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman, today:

(i)     acquired 902,584 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") within his SIPP, at a price of 3.99p per share; and

(ii)   sold 583,644 Shares at a price of 3.99p per share.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Nigel Rogers in the Company is 5,860,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.
