Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that he has sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company on 12 March 2018, at a price of 1500.5p per share and the The Robert Childs 2017 Discretionary Settlement Trust, has also sold 500 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company on 12 March 2018 at a price of 1500.5p. The Company has also be notified of the following transactions by persons closely associated with Robert Childs:

-     Mrs Mary Childs, has sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company on 12 March 2018, at a price of 1500.5p.

-     The Mary Childs 2017 Discretionary Settlement Trust, has sold 500 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company on 12 March 2018 at a price of 1500.5p.

Mr Robert Childs and persons closely associated with him remains interested in 1,299,610 Shares.

The Company has also been notified that on 2 December 2016, Mr Bronek Masojada exercised options under the Company Sharesave Scheme to purchase 1,744 Shares in the Company at 516p per share. Furthermore, on 22 June 2017, a person closely associated with him purchased 48 Shares at a price of 1294.2p per share. These transactions were not reported at the time.

Mr Bronek Masojada and persons closely associated with him remains interested in 3,064,702 Shares.

All transactions were executed in GDP.
