Action refinancing and Private Equity Capital Markets seminar

Action, 3i Group plc's ("3i") largest investment, has successfully syndicated and completed a €2.41 billion all-senior debt refinancing, comprising a €2.285 billion Term Loan B and a €125 million Revolving Credit Facility. Proceeds from the refinancing were used to refinance existing debt and finance a distribution to shareholders. 3i expects to receive cash of c.€321 million from Action by 31 March 2018.

3i will be holding a Private Equity Capital Markets Seminar today, involving a presentation from the management team of Action. No material new information or update on current trading will be provided during the Seminar.
