Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces completion of the acquisition of Synthesia

Kingspan, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce further to its earlier announcements on 15 December 2017 regarding the Synthesia group of businesses ("Synthesia"), that it yesterday completed the acquisition of Synthesia.

There are no material changes to the terms of the acquisition as originally announced.
