NOTICE TO THE NOTEHOLDERS OF THE ISSUER'S OUTSTANDING S$100,000,000 8 PER CENT. SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES DUE 2018 (ISIN: SG6WF9000009) (THE "NOTES") OF ITS US$300,000,000 MULTICURRENCY MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME (THE "PROGRAMME") REGARDING THE ISSUER'S OFFER TO PURCHASE THE NOTES AS FURTHER DETAILED IN THE OFFER TO PURCHASE DATED 22 FEBRUARY 2018 (THE "TENDER OFFER")

The Issuer refer to the Notes, which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Terms and phrases defined in the Offer to Purchase dated 22 February 2018 shall have the same

meaning when used in this announcement.

Notice

The Issuer announces that on 7 March 2018, further to the Offer to Purchase, it has accepted valid Tender Offers of Notes from Noteholders representing an aggregate of S$99,000,000.00 in nominal amount of the Notes submitted prior to the expiry of the Tender Offer at 5:00 pm (Singapore time) on 7 March 2018.

The nominal amount of the Notes which will remain outstanding after the expected settlement of the Tender Offer will be S$1,000,000.00.

The Issuer expects settlement of the Tender Offer to occur on or around 8 March 2018.
