Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 7 March 2018 that Ron Frasch, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 885 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 7 March 2018 at a price of 1635.50 pence per Share.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that Orna NiChionna, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,067 Shares today at a price of 1621.56 pence per Share.
