Andrews Sykes is saddened to announce the death of Michael Gailer, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Michael passed away on Monday, 5 March 2017 following a short illness.

Michael joined the Board of the Company in June 1994 and has provided wise counsel to the Company for nearly 24 years.

Michael will be deeply missed by his fellow directors and the Board's thoughts and condolences are with his family at this difficult time.
