·          Final Terms dated 6 March 2018 relating to the issue by Nationwide Building Society of $750,000,000 Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 2029 (the 2029 Notes) issued pursuant to its $20,000,000,000 Senior Preferred, Senior Non-Preferred and Subordinated Medium-Term Note Program.
