NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 7 March  2018 of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ( PDMRs).

Details are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
