INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company announces that it was notified on February 28th, 2018 of the following changes to the interests of a director and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') in the Ordinary Shares of $0.10 each in the Company ('Shares').

In accordance with the Rules of the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), on February 26th, 2018 the PDMRs named below received Shares following the Vesting of Conditional Awards granted on February 26th, 2015 pursuant to the LTIP.
