Image Scan, (AIM: IGE) specialists in the field of real-time X-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, resolutions 1 to 5 were duly passed. However resolutions 6 & 7 which related to the grant of authority to the Board to issue new shares were not passed. Details of the relevant resolutions are available on the Company's website.
