Director Appointment

Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment today of Dr Jost Massenberg as a non-executive director of the Company.

Dr Massenberg (61) was Chief Executive Officer of Benteler Distribution International GmbH, and was formerly the Chief Sales Officer and a member of the executive board of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG.   He has over 30 years' experience in European steel and major manufacturing businesses. He is Chairman of VTG Aktiengesellschaft, and a non-executive director in a number of large private companies.

Dr Massenberg does not hold any shares in the Company. There are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to Rules 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
