Announcement from the extraordinary general meeting in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ), held on 3 March 2025

The extraordinary general meeting in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Wästbygg Gruppen") that was held today on 3 March 2025 resolved to approve the rights issue that was announced on 6 February 2025.

The general meeting resolved to approve the board of director's resolution on 6 February 2025 on a new issue of shares with preferential rights for the Company's shareholders (the "Rights Issue").

More information about the Rights Issue, including the background and reasons as well as complete terms, is presented in the Company's separate press releases and will be presented in the exemption document that Wästbygg Gruppen intends to publish on 5 March 2025. Participation in the Rights Issue is subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions according to law and other regulations. The access to these press releases and the exemption document is therefore restricted for residents of certain jurisdictions due to regulatory reasons.
