Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA ("Sonae Indústria") announces that it has entered into a new financing facility of up to € 60,000,000.00 (sixty million Euros), that has a contractual maturity in June 2016.
This new bank loan will be used as back-stop facility for placements of Commercial Paper under the existing uncommitted Commercial Paper Programme, set up by Sonae Indústria in 2013. Accordingly, amounts that cannot be placed directly with institutional investors under the existing commercial paper programme can be drawn from this new bank facility, up to the maximum amount indicated above.
