To comply with the law and applicable regulations, Inapa – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, SA ("Inapa") informs that José Manuel Félix Morgado has resigned to his mandate as director of the company and, consequently, to his functions as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.
Following number 2 of article 404 of the Portuguese Companies Act, the resignation will produce its effects from June 30, 2015.
