SDC Investimentos announces agreement for the sale of "CPE-Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A."

SDC-Investimentos, SGPS, SA informs that its subsidiary SDC-Concessões, SGPS, S.A signed today an agreement with SABA PORTUGAL PARQUES DE ESTACIONAMENTO, S.A. for the sale of the entire share capital of the company "CPE-Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A."

The transaction, to be carried out by the symbolic value of ten Euros, is part of the restructuring operations of the Group's liabilities, and will result in a more than thirty million Euros reduction of the Group's liabilities.

Its implementation is still subject to the compliance of certain suspensive conditions, such as authorizations granted by entities external to the parties and other authorities.
