CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that Banco CTT will open to the general public on 18 March. To mark its launch, Banco CTT will simultaneously open to the public with 52 branches across the 18 districts of Portugal, 9 of which in the cities of Lisbon and Oporto, and with a strong presence in digital channels by providing the Banco CTT App, available for iOS and Android, and home banking service.

Banco CTT is the natural evolution of the financial services business already provided by CTT, based on a value proposition of simplicity, transparency and proximity.

This information is in line with previous CTT communication on the subject, including the press releases regarding the start of activity of Banco CTT (18 November 2015) and the CTT Capital Markets Day (19 November 2015).

This information to the market and the general public is made under the terms and for the purposes of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code.
