CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT") hereby informs that, in a meeting held today, the Board of Directors approved the co-optation of Professor Celine Abecassis-Moedas for the position of Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, to complete the current term of office (2014-2016), replacing Mr. António Manuel de Carvalho Ferreira Vitorino, who had resigned from that position.

The co-optation will be sent for ratification by the next General Meeting of Shareholders of CTT.
