SDC INVESTIMENTOS INFORMS ON THE RESOLUTION TO PRESENT SOARES DA COSTA CONSTRUÇÃO, SGPS, S.A. TO P.E.R. (SPECIAL REVITALIZATION PLAN)

SDC-INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, SA, Public Company, announces that at the General Meeting held today, the company "SOARES DA COSTA CONSTRUCTION, SGPS, SA", in which capital SDC-INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, SA holds a 33.3% stake, it was decided that this society is to be presented to "Special Revitalization Plan" - PER – as foreseen in the Code of Insolvency and Corporate Recovery (CIRE), with extensible presentation to the subsidiary of the submitter "Sociedade de Construções Soares da Costa, S.A.".

SDC-INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. further informs that, for that reason, the necessary conditions for the continuation of the talks leading to the alienation of that 33.3% stake to GAM HOLDINGS, or any company owned by GAM HOLDINGS, as per Material information dated the 14 January of the present year, are not fulfilled.
