Sonae – SGPS, SA (Sonae) hereby announces that, in the context of a partnership between Sonae MC (Sonae MC) and Satya Capital (Satya), 2 food retail stores were acquired in Mozambique. The total investment amounts to 6 million dolares, divided between Sonae MC and Satya with a 30/70 ratio respectively.
Satya is an independent investment firm founded by Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, focused on providing capital to investments in Africa.
