ANNOUNCEMENT

Banco BPI informs that it has received confirmation that the transfer to Portugal of the dividends of Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A. (BFA) for the year 2015, in the amount of 36.9 M.€, is authorized by the Central Bank of Angola (Banco Nacional de Angola).

As regards the part of the BFA dividends for the year 2014 which have not yet been transferred, amounting to 29.2 M.€, the respective transfer authorization is expected to be granted in the very short-term.
