ANNOUNCEMENT

Banco BPI informed, through a press release disclosed on the 13 December (14h31), that in relation to the dividends from Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A (BFA) for the year 2014 which had not yet been transferred, amounting to the equivalent of 29.2 M.€, the respective transfer authorization was expected to be granted shortly.

Banco BPI hereby informs that it has received confirmation that the transfer to Portugal of the above mentioned dividends has been authorized by the Central Bank of Angola.
