Banco Comercial Português, S.A, in accordance with article 3rd of the Regulation 5/2008 of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários) informs that following the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, the decision has been taken to coopt Mr. Lingjiong Xu as a non-executive member and Mr. João Nuno Palma a member of the Board of Directors respectively, to complete the term-of-office (2015-2017)

The resolution taken should be ratified in the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders
