SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A., public company, informs on the completion of the transfer of shares, disclosed on the 23th december 2016, held by its subsidiary SDC CONCESSÕES, SGPS, S.A., in Intevias - Serviços de Gestão, S.A, Scutvias – Autoestradas da Beira Interior, S.A., MRN - Manutenção de Rodovias Nacionais, S.A., Portvias - Portagem de Vias, S.A., companies operating under the Beira Interior Concession, to GLOBALVIA INVERSIONES, SAU, a company incorporated under Spanish law.

SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. also announces that the transfer of shares of the companies operating under the Autoestrada Transmontana Sub-concession is expected to be completed briefly.
