Material information

CTT –Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or"Company") hereby informs aboutthe update ofits prices, in effect from 4 April 2017 and corresponding to a 2.4% average annual price increase of the basket of letter mail, editorial mail and parcels services1 .

The new prices were defined in accordance with the Universal Postal Service Pricing Criteria laid down by ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, under article 14(3) of Law no. 17/2012, of 26 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 160/2013, of 19 November.

In line with the Company's pricing policy for 2017, this update corresponds to an average annual price change of 1.9%, which also takes into account the increase in the prices of reserved services (services for the transmission of judicial and other postal notifications) and bulk mail.
