SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. INFORMS ON INVESTMENTS

SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A., public company, informs of its decision to, within its real estate area, dedicate specific attention to assets for tourism purposes, having therefore incorporated the company "APOSTALEGRE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA", which, besides operating the Group's assets within this area, also aims to invest in assets which may suit its purpose. In this context, an agreement was reached today with a view to the acquisition of a property consisting of a palace and agricultural part, in Torres Novas, in an investment of about two million Euros. It is expected that this acquisition can be completed by the end of the current year.

At the same time, with a view to diversifying its business, the group entered with a 10% stake and an investment of five hundred thousand Euros into the capital of the company "YOUNGSTORIES, SA", a Portuguese start-up, which developed the "ZAASK" platform, dedicated to facilitating the contracting of services and supplies, in Portugal and abroad.
