Material information – Co-optation of a Member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee and change of the Market Relations Representative

CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs about the following deliberations adopted today by the Board of Directors of the Company:

• 1. The Board of Directors decided to co-opt Mr. Guy Patrick Guimarães de Goyri Pacheco as Member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of CTT, to complete the current term of office (2017-2019), replacing Mr. André Manuel Pereira Gorjão de Andrade Costa who resigned from that position. This co-optation will be subject to ratification by the next General Meeting of Shareholders of CTT.
• 1. On this date Mr. Guy Patrick Guimarães de Goyri Pacheco was also appointed as Market Relations Representative, under the terms and for the purposes of article 226(2) of the Portuguese Securities Code. The contact data of this Representative remain as indicated below.
• 1. The adoption of these deliberations on this date will contribute to the transformation cycle of CTT, which begins focused mainly on optimising the operational capacity and rationalising costs in the context of the Operational Transformation Plan, as approved today by the Board of Directors to be disclosed to the market.
