SDC INVESTIMENTOS, S.A. INFORMS ON SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

SDC Investimentos, S.A. ("SDCI"), informs that, by resolution in the Extraordinary General Meeting of December 12, 2017, which was registered on January 17, 2018, its share capital increased from 160,000,000.00 Euros to 165,940,000.00 Euros, with the issue of 220,000.000 new registered common shares without nominal value subscribed by Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., by means of the conversion of credits held over SDCI, with a nominal value of 5,940,000.00 Euros.
