SDC Investimentos, S.A. ("SDCI"), informs that, an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting was convened today. The meeting is to be held on the 27th of February, 2018 and it is proposed to resolve, among other matters, on the loss of public company status of SDCI, under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions in article 27, number 1, letter b), of the Securities Code ("CVM").
