CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that its subsidiary Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L.U. was notified today of the decision of the Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC - Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) in the context of initiating proceedings against 10 companies operating in the express and parcels market in Spain, imposing on it a fine of $\epsilon$ 3,148,845.00 (three million, one hundred and forty-eight thousand, eight hundred and forty-five euros) for alleged cartel practice with ICS - International Courier Solution S.L. between October 2013 and April 2016.

Tourline considers the decision unfounded and will appeal to the competent court.
