Material information

CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs about the update of its prices, in effect from 2 April 2018 and corresponding to a 4.5% average annual price increase of the basket of letter mail, editorial mail and parcels services¹.

The new prices were defined in accordance with the Universal Postal Service Pricing Criteria laid down by ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, under article 14(3) of Law no. 17/2012, of 26 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 160/2013, of 19 November.

In line with the Company's pricing policy for 2018, this update corresponds to an average annual price change of 4.1%, which also takes into account the increase in the prices of reserved services (services for the transmission of judicial and other postal notifications) and bulk mail.
