Under the terms and for the purposes of the above referred item of the Notice, it is proposed the appointment of Mr. Akito Takami, married, and with address on Rue d'ldalie 8, 1150 Woluwe Saint-Pierre, Brussels, Belgium, as an alternate member of the Member of the Fiscal Council for the remaining period of the current term of office, due to the resignation presented by Mr. Kenichiro Makino.
