Sonaecom, SGPS, S.A. ("Sonaecom") announces that its affiliate Sonae Investment Management – Software and Technology, SGPS, S.A. ("Sonae IM") has been informed that as Limited Partner of the Fundo FCR Armilar Venture Partners II, it will receive - on or around June 15, 2018 -, a capital distribution amounting to 57.821.078,94€ (before taxes).

Sonae IM is the technology investment arm of Sonaecom Group, focused on investing in tech based companies around cybersecurity, telecommunications and retail, pursuing an active portfolio strategy with the aim to strengthen its position as a leading technology investor at an international scale.
