Sonae – SGPS, SA hereby announces that, following the anti-trust approval from the competent competition authorities, the transaction for the acquisition of a 20% stake of Sonae Sierra, SGPS, SA with the Grosvenor Group, for a total consideration of €255.9 million euros was concluded today on the terms announced to the market on July 14th .
