PRIVILEGED INFORMATION

In accordance with and for the purposes of number 1 of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) number 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, and of number 1 of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code and other applicable regulations, THE NAVIGATOR COMPANY, S.A. ("Navigator") hereby informs that Hurricane Leslie's landfall in Portugal on Saturday and Sunday particularly affected Figueira da Foz, causing property damages at the Company´s industrial mill site located in that area. As a consequence, the mill currently has no supply of water, electricity or telecom services, and consequently production at the mill has been halted. It is estimated that production could be stopped for one week, which will represent a loss of 6 thousand tons of pulp and 10 thousand tons of paper.

The Company is monitoring the situation on a permanent basis and will inform the market as soon as production is restarted.
