In accordance with and for the purposes of number 1 of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) number 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, and of number 1 of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code and other applicable regulations, THE NAVIGATOR COMPANY, S.A. ("Navigator") hereby informs that, following the information published on October 14th regarding the production stoppage at the Figueira da Foz mill due to the damages caused by Hurricane Leslie's landfall, the supply of water, electricity or telecom services has been restored, and the Company is proceeding with the works required to repair the damages caused to the mill facilities.

Currently the pulp line and paper machine 2 have resumed production. The start-up of paper machine 1 occurred today and paper production from this machine is expected to resume during the weekend.

The estimates regarding production losses due to this stoppage indicate to approximately 9 thousand tons of pulp and 10 thousand tons of paper.
