Material information

CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that it has received a Draft Decision ("SPD") of ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações ("ANACOM") regarding the partition of costs between the postal and the banking activities of the Company, according to which this entity considers the said partition in 2016 inaccurate.

Notwithstanding a more detailed analysis and response in due time and manner, CTT hereby expresses its disagreement regarding ANACOM's SPD, while underlining that it does not impact the statutory results already disclosed.

As usual, CTT will analyse carefully the Draft Decision and communicate its official position on this issue at the appropriate time and place.
