Sonaecom, SGPS, S.A. ("Sonaecom") hereby informs that its subsidiary Sonae Investment Management –Software and Technology, SGPS, S.A. has today completed the sale of the entire share capital and the total voting rights of WeDo Consulting – Sistemas de Informação, S.A., in accordance with the announcement issued on 10 July 2019, as the conditions precedent that were agreed between the parties were met.

This transaction is estimated to have a positive impact in Sonaecom's Consolidated Financial Results of approximately USD 6.2 Million, calculated with reference to this date and based on the fixed component of the transaction price – there is an additional earn-out potential amount of USD 27 Million.
