A Sonae - SGPS, SA hereby announces that, its subsidiary Sonae MC SGPS, SA (Sonae MC) concluded, today, the sale and leaseback transaction of 2 food retail assets located in Portugal. This transaction totalled 24.4 million euros and has generated an estimated capital gain of 10.9 million euros. Following this operation, Sonae MC's freehold ownership is at 43%.
